What happens when a new employee joins or someone exits?

When a new employee joins, they can be added to Vantage Fit in one of three ways:
- Manual addition through the admin dashboard
- Bulk upload using a CSV file
- Automatic provisioning through HRMS or SSO integration
When an employee exits, their account can be disabled or removed by the HR administrator or automatically updated through HRMS or identity integrations. This ensures exited employees no longer have access to the platform and are excluded from challenges, rewards, and billing.
