When are rewards credited, weekly or at the end?

Reward crediting is configurable based on the challenge design.
Points can be credited:
- Weekly, based on periodic performance
- At predefined milestones during a challenge
- At the end of the challenge based on completion or rankings
The cadence is defined by the administrator during challenge configuration.
